Refund Process: After application, the platform reviews the application, and the warehouse will process the refund via the original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving the goods. Low-priced items can be refunded without return according to the rules; for high-value items, it is recommended to keep the unboxing video. Dispute Resolution: If the seller does not respond to the return request within 72 hours, it will be automatically approved; disputes can be submitted to platform arbitration to protect the rights of both parties.
